Peak Picking Properties

The user can modify the properties of the Peak Picking by following the menu 'Home/Properties/Peaks', by right clicking the left mouse and selecting 'Properties/Peaks' from the pop-up menu or by using the shortcut Alt+Enter.

Then, the user can display or hide the peaks (according the peak type by selecting the applicable option in the scroll down menus) and to show/hide the Position, Annotations, Ticks or Assignments by checking (or unchecking) the applicable check box. You can select the color, the font and the units (ppm or Hz) of the 'peak picking label'; the number of decimal figures to be shown on screen and the position of the 'peak labels'.

Clicking on the 'Curve' tab, you will be able to customize the color of peak curves (Peaks, Sum or Residual):

Clicking on the 'Edit Coloring Rules',  will display a dialog box to allow you to create different colours rules depending on the peak type and flag:
