Line Fitting Properties

You can customize the colours (and transparency) of the Fit regions, label and lines (Peaks, Sum and residue) from the 'Properties' dialog box, which can be accessed by double clicking on the spectral window and selecting 'Fitting' in the left tabbed menu:
