Fractions

For Waters Masslynx datasets, you can highlight the fractions imported from the _fract.txt file:

Once you have loaded the Masslynx dataset, the imported fractions will be highlighted. Follow the menu 'View/Tables/Mass/Chromatogram Fractions' to change the color or toggle the visbility. The same can be also done from the fraction context menu:

The highlighted regions have a tooltip with some relevant information (such as tube number, tube location, start and end time, expected volume, etc). From the properties dialog box, you can disable the fractions, edit the tooltip format and modify their opacity:

You can also manually include Agilent-Chemstation as fractions provider by following the menu 'Preferences/Mass/Import/Fraction' and clicking on the blue plus button:

A providers list will be displayed where you can manually select the desired one (for the same filename, you can include more than one provider). In this case, Agilent-Chemstation will be added. You should enable “Fraction file” and manually type the filename that contains the fraction information (sequence.acam_ for this particular provider).
