Superimpose Chromatograms

After having displayed several chormatograms on your page, (for example EIC from different m/z values), you can superimpose them by clicking on all the plots (while holding down 'Ctrl+Alt', or 'Shift+Alt' to select all) and pressing "Superimpose Chromatograms" button in Mass Tools menu.

You will get a superimposed plot like this (use Ctrl+Alt to deselect the plots):

Shortcuts to select MS objects

Alt+click: select/deselect a single object.

Ctrl+Alt+click: add/remove object from/to selection.

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+click: select multiple MS objects in between last selection.

 

You get back to the separated spectra by making Undo (ctrl+Z) or by selecting the superimposed plot and clicking the "Separate Chromatograms" button.

 

You can change the colors from the MS Browser:

The colors of the traces in the superimposed view can be customized via Mass Properties/Compare dialog:
